About The Position

This position is responsible for supervising kitchen operations, assisting with the selection, training, and supervision of culinary staff, and preparing foods. The role ensures menu quality and consistency from receiving and inspecting raw food to preparation and presentation, while also promoting positive public relations. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • College degree (may substitute additional experience for degree).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of appropriate experience.
  • Strong organizational, culinary and supervisory skills.
  • Able to perform assigned duties safely and efficiently.
