Requirements

21 years old
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
2+ years of prior relevant supervisor experience

Responsibilities

Train Team: Mentor and train Cooks, Pre Cooks, and Support kitchen staff on their job responsibilities.
Process Requisitions: Ensure all requisitions are correctly processed and placed in the designated areas.
Label for Safety: Label and date all products to maintain safekeeping and sanitation.
Ensure Quality: Monitor food quality.
Communicate Effectively: Collaborate with management and service staff to address any guest or employee needs.
Assist Executive Chef: Help with purchasing, receiving, purveyor lists, and inventory management for kitchen items.
Set Goals: Support the Executive Chef in establishing goals focused on profit, product quality, and team development.
