About The Position

As a Driver, you will provide top-notch customer service by safely transporting guests and assisting with their luggage and personal belongings. You must adhere to all relevant laws and company policies to ensure a secure and pleasant experience for guests and colleagues alike. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a professional and hospitable environment within the company's guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Has a valid Driver's License in good standing (not expired, suspended or revoked)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience driving luxury limousines (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Vehicle Operations: Safely operate vehicles to transport passengers or goods, adhering strictly to traffic laws and company policies.
• Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation or maps to ensure timely and safe transportation, monitoring traffic conditions, and adjusting routes as necessary to optimize delays.
• Customer Service and Passenger Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with loading/unloading and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor to enhance passenger satisfaction.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents during trips to comply with company regulations.
• Complete necessary logbooks or reports promptly and accurately.
• Vehicle Maintenance Inspection: Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to detect any mechanical issues or damage.
• Report findings promptly and ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition for each trip.
• Local Area Knowledge and Navigation: Maintain a strong wqorki8ng knowledge of the company service areas including hotels, gold courses, restaurant, and city demographics.
