About The Position

As a Parking Ambassador at MGM National Harbor, you will be an essential member of our customer-focused team, welcoming guests to the property. Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Six months of customer service experience
  • Experience working in a large, luxury resort setting

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival, open doors as appropriate and assist arriving guests with inquiries and assist them with transportation needs
  • Assist employees within the Bell stand and Valet department.
  • Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints.
  • Obtain and maintain knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
