About The Position

As a Parking Ambassador at MGM National Harbor, you will be an essential member of our customer-focused team, welcoming guests to the property. Requirements

At least 18 years of age or older
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Six months of customer service experience
Experience working in a large, luxury resort setting

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival, open doors as appropriate and assist arriving guests with inquiries and assist them with transportation needs
Assist employees within the Bell stand and Valet department.
Contact appropriate supervisor on guest related complaints.
Obtain and maintain knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
