About The Position

As an Assistant Manager at Ginger (our Pan Asian restaurant), you won't just be running daily operations — you'll be leading from the front, shaping every guest interaction and inspiring our front-of-house team to deliver truly exceptional experiences. Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 2+ years of prior relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Prior Food and Beverage experience to include supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Prior experience leading daily operations within a Pan Asian style type of restaurant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily floor plans to guarantee proper station coverage.
• Supervise dining room service during operational hours.
• Conduct employee evaluations and manage attendance records.
• Collaborate with the Chef regarding food service and menu plans.
• Maintain communication with management, chefs, front-of-house and culinary staff to address guest needs.
• Order supplies and manage inventory effectively.
• Inspect food quality and freshness from support departments.
• Directly interact with guests for special requests and reservations.
