About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll bring energy and leadership to the daily operations of our outlets. Requirements

• Minimum age of 21
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience

Nice To Haves

• Previous high-volume restaurant experience preferred
• Previous management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead daily dining room operations at Bet MGM Sports bar and TAP Sports bar by creating floor plans, supervising service, and ensuring guest needs — including special requests and large party reservations — are met with excellence.
• Support and guide staff through performance evaluations, attendance management, and strong communication with chefs, managers, and culinary teams.
• Oversee ordering and inventory, keep supplies stocked, and ensure all food served meets the highest standards of freshness and quality.
