The Assistant General Manager partners with the General Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional, on-brand guest experience. In this role, you’ll drive daily operations, support team development, and execute strategies that achieve financial and service goals. Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ Years of prior relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Run the floor and oversee daily operations—manage schedules, labor, inventory, and ensure service runs smoothly
• Support hiring, training, and coaching the team while creating a positive, high-performing work environment
• Interact with guests, handle feedback or concerns in real time, and ensure an exceptional dining experience
• Partner closely with the kitchen to keep service seamless between front and back of house
• Execute company standards, initiatives, and procedures while maintaining cleanliness, safety, and compliance
• Stay knowledgeable on menu offerings, beverages, and equipment to confidently support the team and guests
