About The Position

As a Event Services Supervisor, you'll lead the front-of-house experience and ensure exceptional guest service across all public and premium spaces. This hands-on leadership role is key to delivering seamless events and creating memorable experiences for thousands of guests.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of prior relevant experience working in an arena environment working events, preferably sporting events, concerts, and game management and production.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage part-time event staff including ushers, ticket takers, and supervisors.
• Oversee guest services operations across entrances, seating levels, premium areas, and elevators.
• Ensure smooth event execution by coordinating with Event Managers, clients, and internal teams.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Maintain safety and service standards, making real-time decisions during events.
• Communicate to the Security Manager and direct report regarding issues that may require further attention.
• Collaborate with artists, agents, and producers to support successful event delivery.
• Supervise the Guest Services Desk and conduct operational planning meetings.
• Manage staffing schedules, event estimates, and departmental resources.
