Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • 2+ Years of prior relevant experience working a high-volume culinary environment as a Chef
  • 5+ Years of prior relevant experience in a high volume, with strong food knowledge, hotel/casino environment preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in F&B and/or course certification from an accredited Culinary Institute preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain quality and proper presentation of food
  • Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly
  • Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guest efficiently with proper reporting, and meetings
  • Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
  • Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, release orders and cost transfers
