You'll own the top of our SDR recruiting funnel: finding people, reaching out cold, following up persistently, and handing off candidates who are genuinely excited about Levitate. You won't be screening or closing candidates — that's our recruiters' job. Your job is to make sure they never run out of strong people to talk to.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales sourcing role
  • Comfort with cold outreach and a thick skin for low response rates — this is not a passive-posting job
  • Strong written communication; you can write a short, compelling message that doesn't sound like a template
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines simultaneously
  • Natural curiosity about people — you genuinely want to understand what makes a good SDR and what motivates candidates to make a move

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools is a plus; we'll train the right person
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted lists of SDR candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools
  • Write and send outbound outreach sequences and iterate on messaging based on what's actually working
  • Follow up persistently and professionally with candidates who haven't responded
  • Qualify inbound interest and warm up leads before passing them to our recruiter team
  • Own the pipeline from job fair contacts and university outreach, including our University of South Florida relationships
  • Track sourcing metrics (outreach volume, response rates, conversion to screen) and report on what's moving the needle
  • Partner closely with our two SDR recruiters to understand what "good" looks like and calibrate accordingly
  • Help maintain a clean, organized ATS (we use Greenhouse)
