Sourcing Specialist - $75-85K plus bonus
About The Position
Trajan Wealth is a rapidly growing Registered Investment Advisor firm with over $3 billion in assets under management and advisement. They distinguish themselves through a fully integrated, in-house model that combines fee-only wealth management, estate planning, and tax strategy, all operating under the "Family Office" standard. This role is part of the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building candidate pipelines for various professional positions, with a particular emphasis on financial services, wealth management, accounting, finance, operations, and corporate support. The ideal candidate is an experienced talent sourcer adept at researching talent markets, finding passive candidates, and devising creative sourcing strategies. This role will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop candidate pipelines and support organizational recruiting efforts. A significant aspect of this position will involve supporting national advisor recruiting, including sourcing experienced Financial Advisors, Attorneys, and CPAs, as well as other client-facing wealth management talent across the United States. The position is entirely onsite at the Scottsdale Corporate office.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of talent sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Strong candidate engagement and relationship-building skills.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates for professional-level positions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts within financial services, wealth management, banking, accounting, insurance, or investment advisory environments.
- Knowledge of financial industry terminology, job functions, and talent pools.
- Experience sourcing for licensed professionals, advisors, accountants, analysts, or operations professionals.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting CRM platforms.
- Advanced Boolean search and talent mapping experience.
Responsibilities
- Support national recruiting initiatives by identifying and engaging experienced Financial Advisors, Estate Attorneys, and other financial services talent across the country.
- Conduct talent mapping and market research within the wealth management and financial services industry.
- Conduct initial outreach and engagement of passive candidates through email, phone, text, and social platforms.
- Build and maintain pipelines of advisor talent for current and future expansion opportunities.
- Partner with recruiters and leadership to identify strategic advisor recruiting targets and talent-rich markets.
- Research competitors, industry trends, and advisor movement to support proactive talent acquisition efforts.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline development, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates.
