The Sourcing Specialist leads the sourcing activities for specific categories, including supplier qualification, product development, and sample approvals. This role is responsible for supporting cross-functional teams on new product development and cost reduction initiatives. The Sourcing Specialist will negotiate supplier pricing, payment terms, safety stocks, lead times, and minimum order quantities, ensuring supplier capabilities and capacity are sufficient to support business needs. Additionally, the Sourcing Specialist will lead RFQs and other benchmarking activities to validate and implement the best cost solutions.
