About The Position

This role involves identifying, defining, and implementing integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements. It includes building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities, establishing and governing effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions. The position is responsible for the soundness of business proposals and risk assessment. Additionally, it requires investigating and recommending industry benchmarks, metrics, and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets, as well as developing and analyzing data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance, cost-effectiveness, inventory utilization, and business partnerships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• General understanding of ferrous metallurgy and foundry practices
• Good understanding of traditional machining and NDE processes
• Familiar with ASTM, ASME, NACE, and API specifications
• Experience in Supply Chain and Customer Relationship Management
• Experience in production management.
• Good understanding of Lean/6-sigma and Theory of Constraints
• Established network of industry leaders
• General knowledge of turbine and compressor design and requirements
