Organization: HR Talent Acquisition Job Summary: Achieves staffing objectives by sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified, diverse applicants under occasional guidance. Determines most effective sourcing method and identifies creative strategies to attract talent. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and build strong pipelines of qualified nursing talent, leveraging your expertise in nurse sourcing or recruiting to connect with top candidates. Prior experience in sourcing or recruiting, with a strong focus on nursing talent is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source external passive candidates using various resources and/or creative methods.
  • Source candidates by creating search strategies and identifying potential talent from candidate database.
  • Post positions via internet; run advertisements; organize and attend job fairs; review employee referrals; social media, etc.
  • Determine most effective sourcing method and identify creative strategies to attract talent.
  • Conduct phone screens to pre-qualify all candidates for interview consideration.
