The Indirect Sourcing Site Lead will drive strategic sourcing initiatives and commercial activities supporting indirect spend categories across Electrification Business in North America Region. This role is responsible for leading competitive sourcing events, contract negotiations, supplier management, and cost optimization initiatives while partnering closely with site leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The position focuses on developing sourcing strategies, executing RFx processes, negotiating commercial agreements, mitigating supply and contractual risks, and delivering measurable business value through savings, operational efficiency, and supplier performance improvements. The team works a hybrid schedule with both remote and office workdays. 3 times in the office per week.10% travel national and international will be required – as/when needed
