A growing e-commerce company is looking for a Product Sourcing & Development Manager with solid hands-on experience working with suppliers and bringing products to market. You'll be involved in the day-to-day work of sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, and keeping projects on track from development through delivery. It's a great fit for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.
Requirements
- Experience in procurement and/or product development
- Hands-on experience with vendor sourcing and negotiations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Nice To Haves
- E-commerce or consumer products experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on quality and cost needs
- Maintain ongoing vendor relationships to ensure consistency and reliability
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Monitor costs and work toward efficiency throughout the sourcing process
- Support the process of bringing products from concept to market
- Manage multiple projects and keep timelines on track
- Streamline workflows to ensure deadlines are consistently met
