About The Position

As a Sourcing and Procurement professional, you will assist clients in developing strategies and operating models to enhance their procurement capabilities and drive significant financial impact. You will leverage your data skills to create and implement strategies that improve the value and performance delivered by clients’ supply base, while also establishing strategic procurement category plans and processes for sustained long-term value. Strong communication skills are essential to ensure clear understanding and rapid implementation of your ideas. Consultants form the backbone of these client-facing activities, and under the guidance of experienced leadership, you will play a crucial role in providing analyses and recommendations that will inform key client decisions regarding their sourcing and procurement strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2.5 years of experience executing Strategic Sourcing projects/programs
  • Minimum 2.5 years of experience developing and executing cost optimization strategies
  • Strong acumen surrounding problem solving and data analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Alteryx, SQL, R, Power BI); experience developing complex models with advanced functions; demonstrated ability to structure data, check and “QA” models, and build executive-ready dashboards and summaries
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Management consulting experience with a well-regarded firm (strongly preferred)
  • You are comfortable in an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment and a capacity for innovation and process improvement
  • Demonstrated abilities in problem solving and independent decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to effectively take on multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously.

  • Experience utilizing AI (e.g., Claude/Claude Code, OpenAI/Codex, Gemini, etc.) for advanced analytics, coding, process automation, app development, and / or statistical modeling
  • You have prior experience in driving insights using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI and Tableau) and analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • You have earned an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

  • Solving challenging problems and applying creativity and innovation

  • Driving category insights, analysis and benchmarking
  • Building and reviewing robust analytics models via Excel, Alteryx, SQL
  • Synthesizing disparate data sources into insights and clear deliverables
  • Working with clients to identify and interpret key project requirements
  • Nurturing relationships with client stakeholders
  • Facilitating development of project plans and overall project management to ensure effective delivery of client project work and client deliverables
  • Developing presentations and key deliverables to support decision making
  • Communicating findings and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Achieving excellence and dependability through the execution of projects and initiatives
