About The Position

JLL is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to join our team and elevate how we deliver exceptional employee experience through strategic food and beverage programs. You'll lead sourcing strategies and execution of sourcing events for food and beverage on a major account, directly impacting the daily experience of employees. This role combines strategic procurement expertise with a passion for creating workplace environments where people thrive. Food and beverage services are more than a procurement category—they're a daily touchpoint that shapes how employees feel about their workplace. You'll have the opportunity to influence employee satisfaction, support return-to-office initiatives, and create memorable experiences while driving measurable business value.

Requirements

Proven experience managing indirect spend categories and conducting sourcing events, specifically in food and beverage services (catering, cafeteria management, break room supplies, beverage programs).
Track record of building strategic supplier partnerships that balance cost efficiency with quality and service excellence.
Deep understanding of employee experience trends and how food and beverage programs contribute to workplace culture and satisfaction.
Strong negotiation skills.
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and translating diverse needs into sourcing strategies.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
