About The Position

The Sourcing and Contracts Specialist supports the organization’s vendor sourcing, and contract management activities. This role assists in preparing contracts, maintaining vendor records, and monitoring compliance. The Specialist works closely with the Sourcing and Fleet Supervisor, the Sourcing and Contracts Coordinator, operational leaders, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of vendor contracts. This role also supports the maintenance of sourcing related documentation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Three (3) years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract management
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good computer skills with basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
• Knowledge of basic accounting practices as they relate to invoice / payment processing and cost allocation
• Detail oriented
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment (if position requires driving)
• Acceptable criminal background clearances
• Excluded party sanctions
• Degree or license verification
