About The Position

This role supports the company's engagement with suppliers in any capacity. In partnership with business owners, the Sr. Supplier Manager will ensure that best practices established by the procurement organization are followed and executed with any supplier engagement. This includes sourcing suppliers for new or expanded capabilities, performing supplier business reviews, running RFPs or RFIs, selecting suppliers from RFPs, contract negotiations and contracting, contract renewals, and supplier performance resolution. The role involves leading supplier engagement activities to align with best-in-class processes. The manager will partner with business owners to ensure their suppliers align with strategic goals and strategy. A key responsibility is overseeing the contract renewal process, ensuring contracts are properly reviewed and appropriate actions are taken proactively. The role also includes planning for annual and periodic reviews with business owners, preparing an annual review, and meeting regularly to ensure alignment and address potential supplier performance issues. Quarterly business reviews with top suppliers will be coordinated. The position requires proactive stakeholder management, including communication, timely updates, prioritization, and project management ownership. The role also mandates compliance with all bank regulations and policies, including those related to Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, and Bank Security. There is an opportunity to coach, mentor, or train others as a subject matter expert. Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or Supply Chain (preferred)
MBA (preferred)
4-7 years of demonstrated experience in supplier management with increasing levels of responsibilities across all indirect categories of spend.
Understanding of contracting and contract negotiations.
Analytical and Excel analysis experience, including building tables and pivot tables for data comparison and analysis.
Experience with project management and demonstrated project management skills.
Experience with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities
