The Ohio Department of Taxation is seeking to fill one (1) Sourcing Analyst position in the Fiscal Services - Budget Division.

Requirements

• 18 mos. exp. or 18 mos. trg. in purchasing/procurement/sourcing.
• Completion of associate core program in public or business administration, purchasing/procurement, materials management, contracting, acquisition management, logistics, strategic procurement, purchasing management, supply chain management or other sourcing related field.
• 6 mos. exp. as Sourcing Associate, 64511.
• Equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above
• Job Skills: Purchasing, Stores, Inventory
• Professional Skills: Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Collaboration

Responsibilities

• Solicit quotes
• Track orders and verify shipments
• Create requisitions
• Assist divisions with ordering supplies
• Manage agency print requests
• Close purchase orders
