About The Position

The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Contract Administration Analyst II ensures contract accuracy to support timely and efficient supply chain operations. The role performs routine contract audits and ensures contracts are accurate and synchronized with strategic solution providers, trading partners, and third-party data providers.

The analyst evaluates supplier spending and system performance, coordinates contract-related communication and actions with GPOs, distributors, and vendors, and works with the Data Integrity Team to reduce purchase order exceptions. The role uses systems and analytics tools to maintain contract information, supports ad hoc reporting, provides regular data recommendations to stakeholders, identifies improvement opportunities, and provides analytical support to the executive team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Three years of experience.
• Knowledge of the Lawson ERP System and Contract Management System.
• Pro-level Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exceptional data analysis skills.
• Working knowledge of healthcare and/or supply chain processes.
• Executive presence, ability to work at a quick pace, and strong storytelling ability.
• Ability to enable data-driven decision-making through metrics, reporting, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate supplier spending and review system performance to support decision-making and solutions.
• Coordinate communication and actions with GPOs, distributors, and vendors.
• Ensure contracts are synchronized with the Contract Management System, Lawson ERP System, and supplier systems.
• Work with the Data Integrity Team on efforts to reduce purchase order exceptions.
• Use systems and analytics tools to maintain accurate contract information and ensure correct tier pricing is loaded in the Contract Management System and Lawson ERP System.
• Monitor data to produce ad hoc reports.
• Provide regular data recommendations to stakeholders and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide analytical support to the executive team.
• Conduct routine contract audits to ensure contract accuracy.
