About The Position

Under the direction of a Sourcing Manager, the Sourcing Analyst II supports day-to-day sourcing activity and execution within merchandising and marketing services within Indirect categories. This role will play a key part in enabling sourcing initiatives through data analysis, RFQ development and execution, supplier collaboration and support, and process standardization. This position is hands-on and execution-oriented, providing critical support across multiple channels and projects while building foundational sourcing, category, and supplier management expertise.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, data analysis, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn sourcing fundamentals.
  • Organized and process-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Internship or co-op experience in supply chain or purchasing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing activities across merchandising, sales, and marketing categories, gaining an understanding of category landscape, suppliers, and cost drivers.
  • Assist in development and execution of RFQs/RFPs/RFIs, including data collection, supplier communication, and bid analysis.
  • Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions and savings identification.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing PLs and supplier counterparts to support day-to-day tactical execution and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain sourcing data, spend reporting, and supplier information to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Support OpEx initiatives and process standardization efforts.
  • Assist in preparation of supplier reviews, business reviews, and stakeholder updates.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support procurement needs.
  • Support development of training materials (e.g., Procurement 101) for cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities for supply base improvements and cost savings.
