Sourcer (Contract-to-Hire)

About The Position

Netic is looking for a creative and driven Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives on finding exceptional talent before anyone else does. You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build robust pipelines, identify passive candidates, and ensure we're always a step ahead in a competitive market.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth tech environment
  • Demonstrated ability to find and engage passive candidates through a variety of channels
  • Strong written communication skills with a knack for personalized, compelling outreach
  • Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools
  • Experience with an ATS (Ashby) preferred
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions and pipelines simultaneously
  • Genuine curiosity about people and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the talent team to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, portfolio sites, and other creative sourcing channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Craft compelling outreach messages that drive response rates and reflect Netic's employer brand
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline data in the ATS
  • Research competitors and talent markets to inform sourcing strategies
  • Support ad hoc recruiting projects as needed
