About The Position

The primary responsibility of a Sourcer is to identify, engage, and evaluate talent for current and future hiring needs while promoting career opportunities within the organization. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines and proactively sourcing qualified professionals to support business growth and workforce planning. Build and maintain effective partnerships with hiring managers to understand ongoing and upcoming staffing requirements and business objectives. Source and identify qualified candidates using a variety of recruitment methods, including applicant tracking systems, online databases, networking, social media platforms, employee referrals, and direct outreach. Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess work experience, education, skills, qualifications, and overall fit for open positions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment and employment records. Communicate with applicants regarding job opportunities, application status, interview processes, and hiring decisions. Educate prospective candidates about the organization's culture, operations, benefits, and career development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, hiring practices, and recruitment-related policies and procedures.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition, candidate selection processes, and employee development principles.
  • Familiarity with business operations and workforce planning strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
