We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sourcer/Screener with a proven record for attracting and hiring high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. Our organization is looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent research and sourcing skills through internet, phone or other channels, a reputation for exceptional candidate generation with a sense of urgency, and understands the value of providing amazing customer service! The Sourcer/Screener will be responsible for working proactively to source and fill talent needs across our growing organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting coordination, or recruiting support preferred
  • Strong experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS databases, etc.)
  • Ability to manage high-volume pipelines and prioritize multiple requisitions
  • Excellent communication and candidate engagement skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Proactively source qualified candidates using resume databases, job boards, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing strategies
  • Conduct initial outreach to candidates via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Perform high-volume resume review and candidate screening to assess qualifications and fit
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate experience, interest, and alignment
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring teams
  • Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Support recruiting projects and talent pipeline initiatives as needed
  • Monitor sourcing effectiveness and provide insights on candidate flow and funnel metrics
