About The Position

Talentgrator is a recruitment service focused on connecting IT, entertainment, and iGaming companies with qualified professionals. For this opportunity, we are hiring on behalf of an international iGaming company developing slot games for a global audience. This is an opportunity to help shape the audio experience behind engaging slot titles, contributing to the feel, pace, and overall player experience of each game. As a Sound Designer, you will play an important role in creating immersive, polished audio that supports gameplay and helps bring each title's identity to life.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional sound design experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in the gaming industry.
• Fluent Russian language skills.
• Proficient with professional audio production and editing software such as Ableton Live, Reaper, Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of sound design principles, audio production workflows, post-processing, game mechanics, and the role of audio in player engagement and user experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience specifically in iGaming or slot game development.
• Experience with AI-powered audio tools.
• Experience with voice-over recording, editing, and processing.
• Experience collaborating with artists and animators.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, mix, and implement high-quality sound effects for gameplay events such as spins, wins, bonuses, special features, game mechanics, and UI interactions.
• Select and edit music to support gameplay and the overall player experience.
• Develop a consistent audio identity for each game.
• Optimize audio assets according to technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Artists, Animators, and Developers.
