About The Position

The Sorting Technician is responsible for visually inspecting, sorting, and separating products during the manufacturing process to ensure that only products meeting quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards proceed to the next stage or are released for packaging. Requirements

• Visually inspect capsules, tablets, bottles, or other products to identify defects, contamination, or non-conformances.
• Sort and separate acceptable, non-conforming, and rejected materials according to established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, and safety requirements at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Accurately document inspection results and sorting activities.
• Immediately report any defects, deviations, or issues to the supervisor.
• Support rework, re-inspection, and product release activities as needed.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
