About The Position

This position is responsible for receiving, inspecting, sorting, pricing, and preparing donated items for display or storage. The Warehouse Sorter evaluates items based on established standards to determine suitability for sale or recycling and supports the overall efficiency of warehouse and store operations. This role also ensures a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to meet attendance requirements.
• Ability to communicate in the English language
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Ability to perform duties that require frequent walking, standing, squatting, climbing, bending and lifting.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds.
• No formal education required OR No experience required OR Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

• Sorting and Processing Donations (50%)
• Pricing and Tagging Merchandise (20%)
• Warehouse Organization and Cleanliness (20%)
