As the Manufacturing Machine Operator , we need someone to operate production equipment, monitor production parameters, and make decisions on when to adjust the process.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Ability to understand and speak basic English.

Nice To Haves

1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
Routinely works at heights that require fall protection.
Good oral communication skills.
Good listening skills.

Responsibilities

Operates production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
May function as a sorter, box assembler, or relief operator for the kiln or automatic sorting equipment.
Conducts tests or inspections as required on the control plan and according to test methods.
Performs additional job tasks as documented in the job task check sheet.
May stop production equipment when a safety, quality, or mechanical problem prevents equipment use or conformance to product requirements.
Follows ISO operating procedures and maintains quality checks as specified.
Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.
Performs other related duties as required.
