About The Position

We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator with experience setting up and operating machinery. This position involves working with sorting equipment used for screws, bolts, and fasteners. This is a hands-on position and will require lifting boxes of parts and working directly with the equipment. We are looking for someone with excellent attendance, a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well with a team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Requirements

• Experience setting up and operating machinery
• Experience with sorting equipment used for screws, bolts, and fasteners
• Experience with machine setups and changeovers
• Experience with basic programming through a machine console
• Experience with machine operation and adjustments
• Experience with basic troubleshooting
• Experience with sorting, inspection, or fastener manufacturing
• Ability to lift boxes of parts
• Ability to work directly with the equipment
• Excellent attendance
