We are looking for a Sorter - 2nd shift to join our team in Killingly, Connecticut.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. repetitively
Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to multi-task

Responsibilities

Accurate and timely sorting of SPIROL product, which could take place on any of the sorting machines, or could be hand sorted.
Maintenance and housekeeping of the sorting area.
Maintenance of the sorting machines as established in the Preventative Maintenance programs.
Proper line clearance of equipment.
Ensure all items in sorting area are properly identified with job numbers and tags indicating sorted or not sorted.
Maintain all sorting equipment to the preventative maintenance schedules documented for each machine.
Ensure the sorting area is maintained in a clean and orderly manner, following the housekeeping plan documented for the area.
