About The Position

KCC Companies is an employee-owned (ESOP) company dedicated to providing complete design, manufacturing, installation, and service for commercial & residential Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC). This is a full-time position working 8 hours per day with possible overtime. While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member will be in a manufacturing environment where loud noises and hot or cold temperatures are possible.

Requirements

• Entry level position.
• Self-starter and attention to detail a must.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Requires bending, stooping, and standing.
• Must be able to stand from six (6) to eight (8) hours per day. (Overtime may extend time period.)
• Good visual and spatial perception.
• Follow established safety policies including, but not limited to, mobile equipment, PPE, emergency response, HAZCOM, first-aid response, etc.
• Ability to communicate with walkie talkie in English

Nice To Haves

• HS diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sort sheet metal From a skeleton and place in a pile
• Collect finished sheet metal parts and place into racks
• Run full carts to the assembly stations
• Retrieve empty carts from the assembly line stations
• Count/inventory sheet metal on a needed basis
