About The Position

The Sorter is responsible for receiving, handling, unloading, loading, transporting, sorting, inspecting, and storing customer collections in appropriate inventory locations. This role involves completing repetitive tasks and following procedures along with written and verbal instructions. The Sorter will also participate in continuous improvement, daily/weekly cleaning, and provide suggestions or ideas. They will be responsible for personal production output and maintaining production logs as needed, or working with the team to achieve team production targets. Additionally, the Sorter is responsible for personal training, understanding procedures, and accurately following all procedures, policies, and good manufacturing practices. The role strives for operational excellence by promoting a team-based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in safety programs, striving for cost reduction, and is committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products.

Requirements

• High School or GED
• Manufacturing Experience
