The candidate will be responsible for performing and interpreting the following procedures:
Abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, breast imaging and small parts are required
Knowledge of musculoskeletal, neuro-sonography and vascular imaging are assets
Assist in Interventional biopsy procedures
Perform portable exams

Requirements

• Successfully completed a Sonography program from a recognized institution.
• Registered and in good standing with CMRITO.
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Superior organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities with good attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to stay current within the profession.
• Excellent attendance and performance record required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of musculoskeletal, neuro-sonography and vascular imaging.
• Current hospital experience is preferred.
• Experience with PACS and HIS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and interpret abdominal, pelvic, obstetrical, breast imaging and small parts procedures.
• Assist in Interventional biopsy procedures.
