We’re inviting experienced Vascular and/or Cardiac Sonographers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with physician partners, provide compassionate patient care, and deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging across a variety of clinic sites. Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAAHEP-accredited educational program in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Registered Vascular Technologist Certification (RVT)
  • Experience performing vascular ultrasound exams
  • Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related specialty
  • Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
  • Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to the use of EMR systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future

Nice To Haves

  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS)(RCS)(RCCS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Sonography or other related fields of study

Responsibilities

  • Perform sonographic procedures
  • Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area
  • Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history
  • Create reports to assist the physician with documentation
  • Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule out patient/fetus anomalies
  • Communicate sonographic findings to physician
  • Provide visual sonographic guidance to complete successful amniocentesis
  • Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery
  • Restock sonography rooms with required supplies for sonography performance
  • Increase your knowledge of diseases and new procedures through CMEs
  • Other duties assigned by managers
