About The Position

The Sonographer performs independent pediatric echocardiography, including scanning in critical care areas. The role requires knowledge of complex congenital heart disease, cardiac surgical repairs, and pediatric cardiac anatomy, along with experience caring for pediatric patients and supporting family-centered care. Fetal echocardiography experience is preferred.

Requirements

• ARDMS or CCI credential in pediatric echocardiography.
• At least 3 years of independent pediatric echo scanning experience.
• Strong knowledge of complex congenital heart disease, cardiac surgical repairs, and pediatric cardiac anatomy.
• Confidence scanning independently in critical care areas.
• Experience with pediatric patients and family-centered care.
• AHA BLS.
• Epic experience within the last 2 years.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in fetal echocardiography.
