About The Position
Perform routine and specialized diagnostic sonographic imaging procedures with a high degree of independence. Collaborate closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality imaging that supports patient diagnosis and treatment. Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures and help ensure a seamless patient experience as part of a dedicated healthcare team.
Requirements
- Certification by the ARDMS as a Sonographer.
- Maintain annual renewal and registration with the certifying organization; renewal must be completed two weeks before the expiration date.
- Complete the required didactic coursework and meet alternative eligibility requirements specified in the ARDMS application for certification instructions.
- For employees who are RDMS or registry eligible, no additional experience is necessary.
