About The Position

The role of the Sonographer is to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients by producing diagnostic images of various organs and structures of the human body through the use of high frequency sound waves (ultrasound). Ultrasound is an extremely operator dependent imaging modality this position requires and advanced understanding of anatomy a vascular physiology.
