About The Position

This is a contract position for an Echo Technologist specializing in Ultrasonography within the Radiology department. The role is located in Glenview, Illinois, with a shift of 8 hours per day, from 08:00 to 16:00. The contract length is 13 weeks, starting on 08/09/2026. The position requires the technologist to be on call every 4-6 weeks at Glenbrook Hospital and Highland Park Hospital, and may require floating between these locations. Weekend and holiday work may be needed as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sonographer.
• Must be certified - ARDMS or CCI.
• Must hold RDCS - Registered Cardiac Sonographer certification.

Nice To Haves

• 5 Years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic medical sonography examinations.
• Operate sonographic equipment to acquire anatomical, pathological, and fetal information for diagnosis.
• Assist physicians in making clinical diagnoses through accurate imaging.
• Float to Glenbrook Hospital and Highland Park Hospital every 4-6 weeks.
• Participate in on-call rotation every 4-6 weeks from 4 PM to 7 AM.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
