One California As our Ultrasound Technologist you will help perform ultrasound procedures at a technically proficient level. Every day you will position and instruct the patient, operates ultrasound equipment and determines the technical factors for ultrasound procedures. To be successful in this role, you must ensures correct marking/labeling of images, provide and confirm proper/adequate documentation of procedures to assist in diagnosis. Technically proficient in a variety of ultrasound procedures. Ability to train staff members to perform procedures requiring independent judgement. Position requires ingenuity and initiative for the diagnosis and therapy of disease.
Requirements
- Technical School Graduation from an accredited school of Ultrasound and 2-5 years experience performing Ultrasound procedures, upon hire
- 2 years high-risk/level II OB Ultrasound, including Fetal Echo.
- Experienced with US-guided invasive fetal procedures including amniocentesis and CVS
- Basic Life Support - CPR (must be from the American Heart Association), within 30 Days
- Registered Cardiac Electr, upon hire
- Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, upon hire
- Registered Cardiac Sonographer CCI, upon hire
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, upon hire
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Abdomen, upon hire
- Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, upon hire
- Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire
- Registered Vascular Specialist, upon hire
- Registered Vascular Technologist, upon hire
