About The Position

Solventum, a new healthcare company with a long legacy of solving big challenges, is seeking a Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding). This role involves engaging with customers remotely and onsite to facilitate training for Solventum HIS software. The trainer will introduce, demonstrate, and train customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, utilizing blended learning and adult learning concepts. The position also includes delivering live classroom and web-based training, contributing to asynchronous training, participating in project implementations (pre and post go-live), and potentially serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal Solventum HIS teams. The role requires active participation in corporate programs, adherence to professional and quality standards, compliance with corporate policies, and acting in accordance with Solventum values and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years Health Information Management/clinical coding experience with exposure to a diverse casemix
• Relevant Health Information Management and clinical coding qualifications
• Eligible for full membership to the Health Information Management Association of Australia (HIMAA)

• Experience as Clinical Documentation Specialist
• Healthcare Training related Experience
• La Trobe University Auditing Course qualifications or equivalent tertiary qualifications
• Previous auditing, training and education experience in coding highly desirable
• Knowledgeable in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) workflows, systems, implementation, and medical professional training
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple project streams and teams
• Strong organisational skills, ability to work independently in a multi-task environment, effective written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with Solventum™ 360 Encompass™

Responsibilities

• Introduction, demonstration, and training customers on Solventum™ 360 Encompass™ and associated Revenue Cycle products, incorporating blended Learning and adult learning concepts.
• Delivery of live classroom - and web- based training, as well as contribution to asynchronous training.
• Participate in project implementations with pre and post go live participation with key project stakeholders.
• May serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME), mentor and contributor to internal Solventum HIS teams, such as Implementations, Support, Documentation, Instructional Design, or others as designated.
• Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with Solventum values and ethical standards.
