About The Position

TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics team is seeking experienced talents. The team is dedicated to innovating and streamlining TikTok Shop's transportation network and this pivotal role is at the forefront of shaping scalable and efficient transportation strategies.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in logistics operations, program management, e-commerce fulfillment, or marketplace development, with a proven track record of driving efficiency and scalability.
Strong program management skills, executing logistics initiatives that improve seller fulfillment and shipping operations.
Proven ability to manage carrier relationships, ensuring strong operational coordination between shipping partners and sellers.
Expertise in operational data analysis, leveraging insights to enhance fulfillment speed, cost efficiency, and overall logistics performance.
High oral and written proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate and work with merchants in China.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of carrier operations, shipping rate structures, and fulfillment models.
Familiarity with procurement processes and contract negotiations in logistics.

Responsibilities

Define and implement scalable shipping and logistics strategies to improve seller-fulfilled delivery models.
Lead cross-functional programs, supporting fulfillment innovation and refining shipping operations to meet seller needs and platform objectives.
Analyze operational data, identifying key opportunities to optimize delivery speed, cost efficiency, and reliability.
Enhance seller onboarding and fulfillment workflows, improving ease of adoption and reducing operational challenges.
Build and maintain carrier relationships, addressing logistics issues and adapting solutions based on evolving needs.
