Darkroom is expanding its Social Commerce practice and seeking an Account Lead, TikTok Shop to manage client relationships, performance, and day-to-day execution for our growing portfolio of TikTok Shop brands. As an Account Lead, you’ll be the primary partner for your brands—translating goals into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring campaigns ship with precision. You’ll work closely with Strategists, Creator Managers, and Paid Media to deliver measurable GMV growth and operational excellence in a fast-moving, creator-driven commerce environment. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, platform-savvy, client-driven, and ready to play a critical role in building the next-generation social commerce capability at Darkroom.
