For more information , click here . Kenvue is looking for a strategic, results-oriented Social Commerce Manager to lead our TikTok Shop initiatives in the U.S. market. This role will be responsible for managing TikTok Shops end-to-end, driving performance across key metrics, launching new branded storefronts, and collaborating with internal and external partners to optimize our presence in the fast-evolving social commerce space.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or social commerce, preferably in the U.S. market.
  • Demonstrated success managing TikTok Shop, DTC, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Passion for social media, influencer marketing, and consumer engagement.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in consumer health, beauty, or CPG industries.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Creator Marketplace, and platform analytics tools.
  • Understanding of U.S. DTC logistics and fulfillment models.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of Kenvue’s TikTok Shop presence, including storefront setup, product listings, inventory, and pricing. Ensure a seamless and engaging shopping experience for consumers.
  • Own and drive key performance indicators such as Gross Sales Volume , Impressions , and Reach . Monitor analytics and consumer behavior to inform strategy and optimize performance.
  • Lead the launch of new branded TikTok Shops across priority categories and product lines. Collaborate with brand and commercial teams to align launches with broader marketing and sales goals.
  • Partner with internal teams to evaluate and refine pricing , promotions , and pack/item selection for TikTok Shop features. Coordinate with supply chain, sales, and analytics teams to ensure operational readiness.
  • Work directly with TikTok Shop representatives and Kenvue’s media agency to enhance our brand activation strategy . Leverage platform insights and best practices to improve campaign effectiveness and consumer engagement.
  • Stay informed on emerging social commerce platforms and trends. Provide recommendations for pilot programs and future platform investments.
