About The Position

This position reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and oversees a team of seasonal or part-time associates to process group and partnership agreements or group tickets and event orders to increase revenue. In addition to order and agreement processing, this role will assist in the transformation of the transaction process to drive efficiencies for Small Group Demand business segment.

Requirements

• Associate's degree / vocational or technical school.
• 2-4 years of work related experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects at various times.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Administration is preferred.
• Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign & Creative Suite is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and help improve the organizational process needed for order taking, contracting, invoicing, inventory management, payment processing and deliverables distribution for groups and partnerships
• Manage a team of part time and seasonal associates to clearly define expectations and manage workload
• Work with Call Center and e-com teams on cross-training and operations to book and service inbound sales customers.
• Work with Sales and Marketing Execution Area Manager and their team to ensure customers orders are fulfilled in a timely, , efficient and best in class manner.
