Solutions Lead, Organizational Change Management

Black & Veatch Family of Companies•Orlando, FL
•$166,386 - $277,838

About The Position

Black & Veatch is growing its Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice within the Infrastructure Advisory group. This sell-and-shape role leads OCM pursuits end to end: interpreting client needs, developing RFP and RFI responses, presenting in orals, and shaping solutions, scope, staffing, schedules, and pricing. The role sells into established client relationships and works with account, engineering, capture, solution, and pricing teams to bring OCM into major pursuits and connect it to business outcomes. After a sale, the Solutions Lead transitions delivery to practitioners while remaining engaged as a coach, senior reviewer, and the client's senior point of contact. The role oversees quality, client satisfaction, engagement outcomes, and relationships across multiple engagements. For a limited number of strategic or complex accounts, the lead may personally direct change strategy and delivery activities, including assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, sponsor coaching, adoption measurement, KPI tracking, and executive workshops. The position also supports practice growth by building reusable pursuit and pricing materials and collaborating with the OCM Solution Leader on playbooks, standards, and the community of practice. The role supervises the work of others and is responsible for hiring, discipline, and pay administration of subordinates. Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days, subject to manager discretion, job performance, and work assignments.
