About The Position

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Solutions Engineering Coordinator to support our Data Center Solutions Engineering team. This position plays a key role in coordinating technical documentation, managing RFP and RFI responses, scheduling customer tours, and ensuring that internal and external stakeholders remain aligned throughout the sales and design process. The ideal candidate is organized, technically curious, and thrives at the intersection of engineering, sales, and customer engagement. You’ll help ensure that our data center solutions are presented with precision, professionalism, and clarity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in solutions support, project coordination, or technical operations, ideally within data center, cloud infrastructure, or telecommunications environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into clear business language.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Familiarity with data center terminology (e.g., kW, rack density, redundancy, SLA, NOC) and industry standards is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with TileFlow, Autodesk, or other data center–specific engineering applications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of RFPs, RFIs, and due diligence questionnaires related to data center design, power, cooling, connectivity, and compliance.
  • Maintain and organize a library of technical documents, engineering drawings, standard responses, and certifications (SOC 2, ISO, Uptime, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to review and format technical proposals and presentations, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer data center tours, meetings, and virtual briefings, coordinating logistics and materials across internal teams.
  • Support the Solutions Engineering and Operations teams by preparing technical overview decks, site diagrams, and status update materials before customer interactions.
  • Ensure that follow-up actions and deliverables are clearly tracked and completed.
  • Track and manage active opportunities, milestones, and objectives across the solutions engineering pipeline.
  • Create and maintain status update decks, internal reports, and project summaries for leadership review.
  • Manage content and records within Salesforce, ensuring technical accuracy, documentation completeness, and consistent data entry across the team.
  • Partner with Facilities, Operations, and Network Engineering teams to gather technical input and validate site capabilities.
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and ensure up-to-date documentation for customer proposals and tours.
  • Contribute to internal process improvements and the refinement of documentation workflows.
