About The Position

The Solutions Engineer serves as a strategic, technical leader within Instinct’s go-to-market organization, partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive complex, enterprise-level opportunities. This role brings deep product expertise and strong business acumen to support the full sales lifecycle—shaping solution design, influencing product positioning, and ensuring successful customer outcomes from initial engagement through implementation. As a member of the sales organization, the Solutions Engineer helps scale a high-performing sales motion by leading high-impact demonstrations, enabling field teams, and providing mentorship to less-experienced team members. By translating customer needs into clear technical and business value, and by channeling field insights back into product development, this role plays a central part in maximizing customer value and supporting Instinct’s continued growth.
