About The Position

This role is a hands-on technical position that bridges the gap between complex business challenges and innovative data solutions. You will partner with sales teams to understand customer needs, design and demonstrate technical solutions, and ensure successful adoption of the platform. The position involves engaging with clients across multiple industries, including financial services, telecommunications, technology, and life sciences, helping them leverage graph data technology to solve high-value problems. The Solutions Engineer will act as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance, conducting workshops and demonstrations, and shaping customer architectures. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences. You will also contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar.
  • Experience with enterprise data technologies, including data architecture, analytics, data science, or cloud data platforms.
  • Familiarity with graph data technology; hands-on Neo4j experience is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency with relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases, and programming in at least one language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, or C#.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and implement technical solutions in cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise environments.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, demos, and workshops.
  • Technical aptitude combined with business insight to translate technical solutions into business value.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of prioritizing, pivoting, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical advisor and advocate, articulating the business and technical value of the platform to customers and prospects.
  • Lead and manage the technical evaluation stage of the sales cycle, including discovery, proof-of-value, demonstrations, and solution architecture.
  • Collaborate with sales, professional services, product management, and partners to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders at all levels, guiding them on best practices for leveraging graph technology.
  • Co-create reference architectures and integrate solutions within customer environments across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premise.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams to inform product strategy and development.
  • Participate in account-based marketing events, industry conferences, and workshops to drive demand and adoption.
  • Maintain expertise in graph technology and related data tools to provide innovative, practical solutions to customers.
